Weight Loss Tip #10 – Write it Down

Nothing can keep you quite as honest and out of denial in losing weight as tracking your food daily.  Writing down what you ate, the quantity and the relevant information like calories, fat content and protein grams to name a few paints a very clear picture of your eating day.  Especially when we are trying to get a handle on how we have been eating so we will know where to make changes once we decide to lose weight.  If you are resistant to this; ask your self how committed are you to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.  Everything important requires an investment on your part.  Are you willing to make the time to become educated on what you are eating???

Who’s Got Your Back?

From Spark People for January 7th

“Enlist a diverse support system instead of just one buddy.  These people should be encouraging or knowledgeable in helpful ways, whether swapping healthy recipes, exercising with enthusiasm or sharing weight loss tips.”

T. E. A. M.

Together everyone achieves more and building a weight loss support team can be a winning strategy for your journey.  Last year I created The Healthy Breakfast Club calls as a way to give me daily accountability and the results have been amazing.  I hired a food coach to help me clean up my eating and lost 5.2 pounds while on vacation in Costa Rica and learned about Coconut Water.  Kristen, one of the Beachbody Coaches on my team has a master degree in Exercise Physiology and she helps me with my workout questions and aches and pains.  As a weight loss coach, I support people in setting goals and taking steps every day.  Who can you pick to be on your success team?
