Purpose: To release my last 100 pounds of unhealthy fat, I want to form a committed community of people to walk this path with me. Some people in the community may have more or less than 100 pounds as their goal. What we all have in common is making the choice to get healthy once and for all, without typical diets; to create amazing health in our lives and losing weight as a result of those healthy changes.
Who Can Participate? Anyone who is serious about making permanent, lifestyle changes on a daily basis. The 100 Pound Countdown will support all healthy eating plans. We will respect, honor and support everyone’s choice. We do not support fad diets, packaged meal diets, ultra low calorie diets. None of these teach us the changes we need to implement permanently to not only lose weight and maintain it for life.
Guidelines: There is no cost to participate in this group program. There are some options for one on one private coaching which you are welcome to talk to me about.
1. Each participant must list a starting weight, take before photos, have measurements taken and determine body fat percentages. Scales are not always our best friend and want several ways to measure our success. New weights are to be listed weekly and measurements and body fat percentages and photos updated monthly.
2. Each participant will post an introduction in the discussion boards sharing your weight loss story, history etc. Be honest and open. Everything in this group is private and we will all respect each others privacy.
3. Each participant will list their personal goals including the total amount of weight they intend to release in the Goal section of the discussion boards.
4. All participants agree to:
a. Not make excuses
b. Follow through with what they say they will do
c. Make positive, helpful and supportive comments to each other.
d. Being open and receptive to making changes in their lifestyle.
e. Create a Free Player Account at http://www.beachbodycoach.com/judifinneran where they will record their weight, measurements, photos, and daily exercise. (There is no charge for this ever.) If you are already one of my customers or coaches please use your own account.
Start Date: The Official kick off the 100 Pound Countdown is the day I reach 100 pounds left to lose personally. Everyone is free to be posting on the group, getting their info together, putting up their bios and goals and be getting to know each other.
Focus: There are 3 areas we will be focusing on, all of which are just as important as the others.
1. Our mindset: what we think
2. Our diet: what we are eating
3. Our exercise: how and when we are moving
Offered: This is still under development and looking to have lots going on to support each other, keep focused and stay on track.
1. Weekly webinar on line where we can come together as a group in real time, live on the internet and share.
2. Email support messages and information on creating healthy lifestyles.
3. Email support for all questions from me.
This is just to get us started and more info will be coming. As of today, I have 11 more pounds to lose.
